Order a qualifying Carnival Internet broadband plan between 22 July 2026 and 1 August 2026 and receive a bill credit based on the plan you choose, credited in three instalments as set out below (the promotion).

The promotion opens at 00:00 on 22 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 1 August 2026. Orders placed after this time will not qualify.
To qualify, a customer must:
There is no limit on the number of qualifying customers, with every customer who places a qualifying order within the promotional period eligible, aside from the promotion being limited to one qualifying order per customer or household.
The bill credit a qualifying customer receives depends on the plan ordered, as follows:
The credit is applied automatically to qualifying accounts and is not conditional on any external event, result or outcome.
The relevant credit is paid against the qualifying customer’s Carnival Internet bill in three instalments, as follows:
Each instalment:
Each instalment is conditional on the customer’s Carnival Internet account remaining open and in good standing on the relevant instalment date. If the account is closed, or in arrears, before an instalment date, that instalment and any later instalments will be forfeited.
If a customer upgrades or downgrades their plan during the contract term, any instalments not yet paid will be recalculated to reflect the credit tier applicable to the plan held at the time of that instalment.
